When a storm hits your roof
Storm damage shows up in a lot of ways. Shingles lifted, torn, or gone entirely, dents and bruising from hail, a limb or a whole tree through the roof, water coming in around the damage, and debris packed into the valleys and gutters. Some of it is obvious from the yard, and some you cannot see from the ground but it is letting water in all the same. Either way, we will get up there, find all of it, and tell you what it will take to fix.
First, we stop the damage
When you have an active leak after a storm, time matters, because every hour of open roof is more water in your home. Call us and we will get out as soon as we can and tarp the roof to stop the water while we put together the repair. After a big storm a lot of people are calling at once, so we cannot promise an exact hour, but an open, leaking roof moves to the front of the line.

Some storm damage is a straightforward repair. Sometimes the roof took enough of a beating that replacing it is the honest call. We will tell you which one you are looking at and why, and we will not talk you into a new roof you do not need or patch one that is past saving. We handle both, on shingle and metal roofs alike, from a few replacement shingles to a full tear-off.

Get everyone safe and out from under the damaged area, then call us. We will get out as soon as we can and cover the opening to stop more water from getting in, and from there we will work out whether it is a repair or a replacement.
▲ How fast can you get out after a storm?
As soon as we are able. After a big storm a lot of people need help at once, so we cannot promise an exact time, but if you have water actively coming in, you move up the list and we will tarp it to hold things until we can make the repair.
