▲ Why does my flat roof keep leaking?
Most flat-roof leaks come from the seams and from water pooling where it cannot drain, and they often come back when the roof was patched like a sloped roof instead of repaired as a flat one. The fix is finding the real source and using the right material for a low-slope roof, which is what we do.
▲ Can a flat roof be coated instead of replaced?
Often, yes. If the roof still has good life in it, a seal coating can stop leaks and add years for far less than a replacement. If it is too far gone for that, we will tell you honestly rather than sell you a coating that will not hold.
