Bruce Hamilton will get up there, look it over the way he would his own, and tell you the truth about what he finds.
What we look at
We check the shingles or panels for wear and damage, the flashing around chimneys, vents, and valleys where leaks so often start, the condition of the roof's surface and seals, and any signs of water getting in. Where we can, we look at things from the inside too, since a stain in the attic often tells the story before anything shows on top.
When a roof inspection is worth it
The common times are before you buy or sell a home, after a storm has rolled through, when a roof is older, or any time you suspect a leak but cannot find it. Catching a small problem during an inspection is almost always cheaper than catching it after it has soaked into your ceiling.

Plenty of roofers will inspect your roof for free and then find thousands of dollars of work whether it is there or not. That is not us. If your roof is fine, we will tell you it is fine.
