How a replacement goes
We strip the old roof down, look at the decking underneath and replace any boards that are rotted or weak, and then build the new roof back up the right way, underlayment, flashing, shingles or metal, and proper ventilation. We haul the old materials away and leave your yard clean, right down to running a magnet for stray nails.
